Twitter’s vice president for media in North America, Kirstine Stewart, will be leaving the company.
A Twitter spokesman confirmed in an email Thursday that Stewart will part ways with the social media company.
But Cam Gordon said Twitter is “not sharing any other details at this time.”
Stewart’s profile says she’s responsible for Twitter’s TV, sports, music, gaming, talent, entertainment, news and government partnerships.
Stewart joined Twitter Canada three years ago from the CBC, where she was executive vice-president of English services.
Shortly after becoming the company’s Canadian director in April 2023, Stewart announced big partnership deals with Bell Media and Shaw Media.
