Gusto Announces Programming Schedule

    Bell Media’s first food and lifestyle channel, Gusto, announced its  lineup today, as well as a nationwide freeview available now through January 10, 2024. Gusto’s brand-new programming schedule serves up delectable cooking series, featuring some of the world’s biggest chefs cooking mouth-watering meals that viewers can take right from the screen to the dinner table. The exclusive home to all-new Jamie Oliver programming in Canada, Gusto also features several exciting cooking series from lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, including the brand-new, exclusive series Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party where she cooks and entertains alongside her unlikely friend and King of Kush, Snoop Dogg. Gusto’s delectable schedule also features superstar British chef Lorraine Pascale in her new series Lorraine’s Fast, Fresh and Easy Food, the perfectly paired exclusive series, The Wine Show, along with hours of original Canadian programming, including new episodes of the hit series One World Kitchen. .

    Viewers wanting to feast on Gusto can access the channel’s freeview available on more than 30 TV service providers across Canada. A selection of Gusto’s exclusive programming will also be available with a free on demand sampling, through participating television providers, available from November 28 – January 10, 2024.

    Gusto’s new schedule turns on the heat with Jamie’s 15 Minute Meals, Mondays – Wednesdays, beginning Nov. 7. The 30-minute series features the imitable and down to earth English chef Jamie Oliver as he cooks two exciting family meals back-to-back. Oliver’s cooking reign continues with the debut of his brand-new half-hour series Jamie’s Super Food Family Classics, Tuesdays beginning Nov. 15. The highly-anticipated new series follows Oliver on a mission to freshen up family favourites to ensure they are packed with goodness, are nutritionally balanced, and, of course, super-achievable, helping everyone lead healthier, happier lives.

    Anchoring Gusto’s flavoursome Monday night lineup is the exciting new and exclusive series from Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg, Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party, airing Mondays, beginning Nov. 7. The series, originally produced for VH1, features the unlikely duo throwing a dinner party together where they invite some of their celebrity friends over for a half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation, and fun where nothing is off limits.

    The queen of lifestyle continues her reign on Gusto with the series Martha Stewart’s Cooking School, airing Monday – Wednesday. The series follows Stewart as she conducts a culinary master class for home cooks, demonstrating classic cooking techniques and basics using her signature, step-by-step, how-to teaching process. Also guaranteed to bring some signature sweetness to Gusto is Martha Bakes, currently airing Thursdays. In this baking series, Stewart gives home bakers a master class, sharing tips and techniques to give them the confidence to create the finest desserts in their own kitchen.

    Also complementing Gusto’s lineup is the high-style, original 30-minute cooking series One World Kitchen, airing Mondays beginning Nov. 14, Exploring modern and traditional Argentinian, Italian, Thai, and Japanese cuisine, four vibrant chefs teach viewers how to master the world’s hottest dishes using age-old cooking secrets from their unique cultures.

    Perfectly paired to Gusto’s menu is the exclusive new series The Wine Show, airing Sundays beginning Nov. 27. The one-hour series follows actors Matthew Goode  and Matthew Rhys, along with wine expert and global reporter Joe Fattorini, as they learn about the people and stories behind some of the world’s most fascinating wines. Filmed in beautiful locations all over the world the show is is entertaining, educational, and inspiring!

    Rounding out Gusto’s programming is beloved U.K. chef Lorraine Pascale and her new series Lorraine’s Fast, Fresh and Easy Food, airings Wednesdays beginning Nov. 16. The 30-minute cooking show follows Pascale as she shares culinary trade secrets while teaching viewers how to make all meals completely from fresh, in the least amount of time.
