Corus Entertainment Inc., through its philanthropic initiative, Corus Feeds Kids, is pleased to announce its continued partnership with the number one children’s entertainment group, The Wiggles, who have, for a second year, selected Corus Feeds Kids as their cause partner for their fall 2024 Ready, Steady, Wiggle! Canadian tour. In the spirit of The Wiggles’ new CD and DVD, Apples and Bananas, this year’s campaign will also feature an apple drive facilitated by participating Corus Radio stations in Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver.
As part of this campaign, Corus Radio stations will be on site at each tour venue collecting donations that will go toward purchasing apples from local growers, which will then be donated to local food bank partners. In Ontario, the Ontario Apple Growers has partnered with Corus Feeds Kids and will match each donation apple for apple in Corus’ Ontario markets.
In addition, The Wiggles have also committed a portion of each ticket sold on the Canadian leg of their fall tour to local area food banks on behalf of Corus Feeds Kids.

The Corus Feeds Kids and The Wiggles fall donation campaign will also be supported through online, on-air and social media promotion on Corus’ Radio and Television brands.
