The special resolution will be considered at the upcoming special meeting of Shareholders to be held on Thursday, June 23, 2023 at9:00 a.m. (Manitoba time) in the Provencher Ballroom at the Fort Garry Hotel. The MTS Board of Directors has unanimously recommended that Shareholders vote FOR the special resolution to approve the Arrangement.

OnMonday, June 6, 2023, Institutional Shareholder Services also recommended that MTS shareholders vote FOR the BCE transaction.
