“The Social is all about opinion and conversation, and we know as radio hosts, these five women have a lot to say,” said Nanci MacLean, Vice-President, Bell Media Production. “We are always looking for organic opportunities to integrate some of the amazing talent from other Bell Media platforms into our In-House productions. Monday, May 16
Nira Arora from 94.5 FM Virgin Radio Vancouver has 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry, is an active volunteer in her community working with various charities, and has a weekly column for B.C. Living.
Nira joins co-hosts Melissa Grelo, Cynthia Loyst, and Lainey Lui as they tackle easy long weekend recipes, and discuss the hottest fashion from the Cannes Film Festival.
Tuesday, May 17
Meredith Shaw, who has appeared on The Social as a style expert, is from 104.5 CHUM FM Toronto and has been in the music business professionally since the age of 14 singing, writing, and releasing albums. Inspired to start a career in radio by Marilyn Denis, Meredith began working at the same station as the woman who made her want to get into the radio business.
Meredith joins co-hosts Melissa, Cynthia, and Lainey as they discuss common mistakes made while handling food, as well as ways people end up wasting their money while travelling.
Wednesday, May 18
Andrea Collins is formerly from 96 Virgin Radio Montréal, and recently joined Virgin Radio Toronto. After spending five years as the daytime host for Virgin Radio Montréal while also occasionally doing the weather for CTV Montréal, Andrea recently moved to Toronto where she is now part of the Virgin Radio Toronto morning show team. Prior to her work in Montréal, Andrea worked in Winnipeg and Victoria.
Andrea joins co-hosts Melissa, Cynthia, and Lainey as they take a look at the current off-the-shoulder fashion trend, and sit down withJennifer Welter, the first female coach in NFL history.

Marilyn Denis from 104.5 CHUM FM Toronto and The Marilyn Denis Show has been a dominant presence inToronto radio for over 30 years, and has conducted interviews with some of the entertainment industry’s biggest names.
Marilyn joins co-hosts Cynthia, Lainey and Jess Allen as they talk to Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec about his new book, You Don’t Have to be a Shark.
Friday, May 20
Nat Hunter from 103.5 QMFM Vancouver has been working in the city for over 10 years, almost exclusively with her morning show co-host Drew Savage. Before working in Vancouver, Nat worked in both radio and TV in Ontario.
Nat joins co-hosts Cynthia, Lainey, and Jess as they discuss delicious but healthy treats for wedding shower season, and also give viewers tips on how to improve their brows.
