Standard Radio Acquires Minority Position in 'travelalerts.ca'
Standard Radio Inc., a subsidiary of Standard Broadcasting, Inc., announced today that it is acquiring a minority ownership in Travelwire Inc., the company behind Travelalerts.ca, a leading Canadian publisher of travel specials.

Gary Slaight, Chairman and CEO of Standard Broadcasting, said: "When we were first introduced to Travelalerts.ca, we loved the concept and saw it as a great addition to our portfolio of existing Internet properties.
