Cinépop subscribers have been treated to new branding and a new tagline on the specialty pay channel dedicated to broadcasting movies from the 50s to today. With a web, radio, TV and Out-of-Home campaign, Cinépop is clarifying its positioning to a wider audience.
“Through this initiative, we’re looking to give Cinépop every opportunity to stand out, reveal its true value and realize its full potential,” explained Anne-Claire Lefaivre, Director of Marketing for Cinépop. “The tagline ‘À chacun ses classiques’ (To each their own classics) creates an emotional connection with viewers, while the campaign and new branding highlight our extensive programming. It will all come together to breathe new life into a channel that has already been flying high for 10 years.”
Since its launch on November 1, 2024, Cinépop has enjoyed strong growth within its market, and its subscribers have been very loyal. The specialty channel airs seminal and popular films, from the 50s up to today, without commercial breaks. Viewers can find a wide and varied selection of films touching on numerous subjects.
