SiriusXM Canada Appoints New CFO

    Sirius XM Canada Holdings Inc.  parent of Sirius XM Canada Inc., today announced the appointment of Mr. Jason Redman as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 30, 2024.

He also has a deep understanding of our business and industry, having been Sirius Canada's former Chief Financial Officer who oversaw the merger with XM Canada. We are confident that the Company will benefit from his experience, knowledge and proven leadership capabilities, as we continue to execute on our growth strategy and work to deliver further long-term value to our shareholders."

    Mr. Redman brings with him a broad range of skills in operations and financial management, built over his more than 20-year career. Most recently, he served as President, Drainage Solutions at Armtec LP – A Brookfield Company, one of Canada's largest infrastructure companies. In this role, Mr. Redman also served as President of the Corrugated Steel Pipe Institute and was an active member of the Management Committee of the U.S. Plastic Pipe Institute. Prior to joining Armtec, Mr. Redman held a number of other senior executive leadership positions. These include: Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer for Dealfind/Teambuy, Chief Financial Officer for Sirius Canada (prior to the merger with XM Canada) and Chief Financial Officer for ONEnergy Inc. Mr. Redman is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant-Delaware. He holds a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Redman is the recipient of the Governor General of Canada Medal and serves as an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization – Toronto Chapter.
