Cue Digital Media, recently named Canada’s fastest growing media company by Profit 500, announced today that the company has expanded its team with a new partner – naming digital media expert Christopher Law as its new President.
Other senior appointments include Tony Luccisano named the new Head of Sports and Entertainment Sales, Angus Baldocchi appointed as Director of Programmatic Sales, and Deborah Gurofsky becoming Manager of Strategy and Innovation.
In addition to the new appointments, Cue has doubled its office space relocating to a dramatic new loft environment in downtown Toronto’s historic Berkley Castle building.
Christopher Law – President, Cue Digital Media
In this newly created position, Law will work closely with David U.K. on Cue’s strategic growth and rapid expansion. He will also oversee management of Cue’s presentation of premium digital news, sports and entertainment platforms – which include National Football League, Bleacher Report, SB Nation, UFC, CNN, CNN Money, The Chive and Funny or Die.
Law brings 25 years of media leadership experience to Cue – most recently leading a high performing team at Meditative as their Chief Revenue Officer. Throughout his media career, Law has also held senior positions at Rogers Digital Media, Bell Sympatico/MSN, Kontent Publishing and Famous Players Media.
Tony Luccisano – Head of Sports and Entertainment Sales, Cue Digital Media
Appointed Head of Sports and Entertainment Sales, Luccisano manages Cue’s relationship with advertising agencies and clients. In sports alone, Cue reaches over 5 million Canadian sports fans and 50% of the viewers do not visit other Canadian sports sites according to ComScore January 2024.
With almost 20 years of digital media sales experience, Luccisano brings Cue’s clients a wealth of industry knowledge. Prior to joining the Cue sales team, Luccisano headed up the digital sports sales team at Rogers Media. He was also instrumental in leading the digital sales team at TSN where he set new revenue standards for their emerging digital assets.
Angus Baldocchi - Director of Programmatic Sales, Cue Digital Media
Angus Baldocchi heads up Cue’s growing programmatic department. In this new role, Baldocchi works with Google to offer one of the largest private exchanges allowing Canadian advertisers access to Cue’s exclusive ad inventory in a high quality vetted and safe environment.
Baldocchii brings more than 12 years of digital advertising experience to the Cue team.
Deborah Gurofsky - Manager of Strategy and Innovation, Cue Digital Media
In this new role, Deborah Gurofsky manages the development of Cue’s innovative and integrated creative executions. Her daily goal is to deliver clients the perfect mix of impressions along with the “WOW” factor that can elevate a campaign’s success.
Gurofsky joins Cue from Olive Media where she was part of the strategic sales solutions team.
