Cygnal Technologies Corporation announced that Todd Rutherford, President and General Manager of the
Jos Wintermans, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cygnal Technologies, will assume Mr. Rutherford’s duties and oversee the Network Solutions sales team on an interim basis.
