Harris Corporation's Broadcast Communications Division capped a highly successful NAB2005 by receiving multiple awards from leading radio industry publications, as editors and writers recognized new Harris products and solutions with their highest honors.

Harris' Radio Broadcast Systems business unit accepted a Radio "Pick it" award for its FLEXSTAR(TM) family of HD Radio products, including the HDI-100 importer, HDE-100 exporter and the HDX-FM exciter. Harris' FLEXSTAR products enable supplementary services such as secondary audio
channels and data streams providing news, weather, traffic and other information to the listener's receiver. Meanwhile, Radio World presented a "Cool Stuff" award to Harris representatives in honor of its RMXdigital on-air console, which puts digital audio networking in the hands of small-to-medium sized radio stations with its cost-effective,
centralized approach. A component of Harris' popular PR&E VistaMax(TM) system, RMXdigital is ideal for consolidated operations that feature two or more radio stations within the same facility and offers more power and muscle than the largest console of 10 years ago at a fraction of the
    cost.

"Harris is honored that two of the industry's most important domestic publications have recognized our efforts to grow digital radio across the United States," said Debra Huttenburg, vice president and general manager of Harris Broadcast Communications Division's Radio Broadcast
    Systems business unit. "
