Novanet Communications Acquires M.S.C. Electronics

    Novanet Communications Limited, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the shares of M.S.C. Electronics Ltd., a national, broadcast and communications company, effective January 1, 2024.

    Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with offices in Western Canada and Quebec, M.S.C. Electronics is a leading supplier of RF transmission products and systems in Canada with a major focus on the Radio and Television Broadcast industry. In addition, MSC is active in certain niche areas in the wireless communications market. The company has a strong product portfolio of industry leading brands such as Microwave Radio Communications, Thales Broadcast & Multimedia, SBS, Nautel, ORBAN, and Microwave Data Systems to name just a few.
