Firestone Communications, Inc. Contracts with VCI for Sales and Traffic Software for the Q Television Networkby -- Video Communications, Inc. Video Communications, Incorporated (VCI), supplier of integrated media solutions to the broadcast and cable industry, announced that Firestone Communications, Inc. selected its flagship product, STARS II+, as their key business operations system for the Q Television Network.Firestone manages the daily operations including master control and traffic for many cable networks while their clients run the content and scheduling functions. VCI’s STARS II + is currently being used to run these processes for Firestone’s clients such as Sorpresa!, “Because of the successful relationship that we have built with VCI, there is a comfort zone that we are able to relay to our new clients. The installation of STARS II+ was completed at Q Television Network in mid November.
