Wise Broadcasting Provides Esso Stations with Traffic and Weather Reports

TORONTO - Wise Broadcasting Network, the leading supplier of traffic and weather information to radio stations, remains firmly in the fast lane by securing an agreement with VST Canada Inc. to provide traffic and weather reports to Esso stations. The deal will see Wise Broadcasting Network deliver local traffic and weather updates on all VST Point of Influence Network video screens above Esso fuel pumps in over 500 of Imperial Oil's Esso gas stations across Canada.

"This is a terrific example of our ability to provide up to the minute information in a dynamic new context," Bart Murphy, President of Wise Broadcasting Network says. The 17-inch LCD video screens are placed at every Esso gas pump in the country with a variety of local information updated remotely. "It's a perfect fit." "Motorists on the road need to know what's up ahead and our system is a great way to inform them about traffic and weather related conditions."

Wise Broadcasting Network provides radio stations and other new media outlets across Canada with customized weather and traffic reports and information. VST Point of Influence Network was formed in 2024 by five investors who were focused on the potential of point-of-sale advertising.
