New Branding and Insertion Solution for Master Control, Mobile Broadcast Centers

Las Vegas, NV - April 19, 2024 - Inscriber, a leading provider of broadcast solutions, is pleased to preview Inca Station, Inscriber’s new multi-layer branding and insertion solution, at this year’s NAB show.

Designed for Master Control, Satellite Uplink, Mobile Broadcast Centers and Small Station Automation, Inca Station provides a streamlined process for creating and maintaining a station’s unique brand.

Inca Station’s intuitive layout editor allows production designers to easily create a professional, custom layout that will be used for multi-layer insertion of graphics, promotional clips, moving backgrounds, emergency programming and local news and advertising. Bugs, clocks, crawls, logos, graphics, clips, video and animations can be seamlessly combined into presentations that are as simple or complex as necessary. Graphics and text have a rich, superior look that is synonymous with the Inscriber name.

Inca Station’s powerful control functions allow content insertion and playout in a seamless and consistent manner. Under GPI or manual control, layers of logos, bugs, clocks, crawls, graphics can be independently transitioned; salvos of complex graphics playout events can be triggered; and inhibits can be initiated. Broadcasters can also remotely control content and link to external data feeds via ODBC.

Inca Station provides a streamlined workflow that allows a single operator to quickly insert all necessary content into a layout and drive it to air from one workstation. The flexible Inca architecture also ensures Inca Station can be easily adapted to handle future industry challenges such as localization, expanding DTV channels and increasing production costs.

“Branding is just one component to Inca Station”, says Adam Medri, Product Manager at Inscriber. “Unsurpassed productivity, streamlined operation and superior production values make it a complete solution for successfully meeting the everyday and future challenges of broadcasting.”
