Corus Radio Winnipeg’s 97.5 BIG FM (CJKR-FM) is pleased to announce the launch of The Shadoe Davis Show beginning November 23, 2024. Weekday mornings from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., iconic Winnipeg rock personality, Shadoe Davis, will be joined by co-host Joanne Cochrane and producer Brent “Bubba” Bernas.
“This show was built exclusively for classic rock listeners featuring Winnipeg personalities who love the music and the city as much as we do,” says Scott Armstrong, General Manager, Corus Radio Winnipeg. “Shadoe Davis is one of Canada’s top rock personalities and we’re thrilled to have him join us.”
“I’m pretty excited to be joining the team at 97.5 BIG FM,” said Shadoe Davis, “We’ll spin some great tunes, liven things up with colourful banter and have ridiculous fun while we’re at it.”
With over 25 years’ experience on air, Shadoe has hosted top-rated radio shows in Kingston, Ottawa, Calgary, London and Winnipeg. He has interviewed recording artists, politicians and famous actors, as well as supported community causes including Easter Seals, Ronald McDonald House, Canadian Cancer Society and The United Way.
