Canadian Federation of Musicians is pleased to announce they have reached a 5-year collective agreement with the National Film Board of Canada. This successor agreement was ratified by AFM members in a recent vote which was unanimously in favor of the negotiated amendments.
As Canada’s public film producer and distributor, the National Film Board has had a long standing tradition of engaging professional Canadian musicians for productions that range in nature from documentaries, animations, alternative dramas and more.

Her patience and knowledge of the industry was a significant factor in reaching a deal that is mutually beneficial.”
