Constitution Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on North American lower middle market buyout funds and direct investments, today announced the growth of its investment team with the addition of Dominic Morell. Mr. Morell joined the firm as an Analyst, effective June 13.
Mr. Morell returns to Constitution Capital after serving as the firm’s Summer Analyst in 2024. In his previous role with Constitution Capital, Mr. Morell supported the firm’s back office efforts by conducting market research for investor meetings, performing quarterly valuations, drafting investor communications, completing RFP submissions for potential investors, and assisting with internal investment database management. Mr. Morell is a recent graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, summa cum laude, with a minor in Mathematics and a concentration in Finance.
