VisionTV has signed an extensive deal with BBC Worldwide Canada, part of the commercial arm of the BBC. The deal includes a significant amount of classic British television content that will air in 2024/12 including Fawlty Towers, one of the best-known, and most-loved, British comedy series starring John Cleese as irascible Torquay hotel owner Basil Fawlty, and Prunella Scales as his domineering wife Sybil-his "little nest of vipers".

The deal was brokered by Sandra Murphy, Director, Programme Sales, BBC Worldwide Canada and Beverley Shenken, Director, Program Acquisitions, ZoomerMedia. VisionTV is also the Canadian home of long-running BBC soap, EastEnders.
